A-League Season Postponement continues


Update Thursday 23rd April 9.30am

While the Hyundai A-League season will remain postponed, the Football Federation of Australia (FFA) has today confirmed its intention will be to resume the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season as soon as possible.

The FFA has identified a number of criteria that need to be satisfied before a firm date for the resumption could be set.

The FFA is continuing to work with the clubs as well as our broadcasters and provide a further update in May 2020.

Following advice from government and health authorities, the FFA has taken the decision to postpone the 2020 A-League season.
 
The Brisbane Roar and Suncorp Stadium understand that these changes to the schedule will impact many but hope the community will understand that the public health and safety issues caused by the coronavirus must take priority at this time.
 
The Brisbane Roar and Suncorp Stadium look forward to returning the A-League as soon as it is safe to do so.
 
At this stage we are working through the details regarding the rescheduling of games and will update our website and social media with information as soon as it becomes available.
