Our PWD Parking application has moved online!

For those who require PWD parking for events at Suncorp Stadium in 2022 we have gone digital!

The Stadium has an extremely limited number car parks available for persons with disability to utilise and in the past we have used a ‘first-person-in’ call in system.

In order to give everyone a fair chance to access our limited spaces, we will now run a PWD parking lottery for each event.

We have answered some of Frequently Asked Questions about the new process below:

PWD Parking FAQs

What has changed?

Instead of calling our reception before an event, applicants will need to fill out a form on our website once tickets to that event go on sale.

Please note. This is only for those people who apply directly through Suncorp Stadium. For Brisbane Broncos and Queensland Reds members, your normal process will still apply.

How do you enter the lottery?

You can enter the lottery through our PWD Parking request page here. You are required to submit one entry per event.

When can you apply?

As soon as an event goes on sale it will be added to the online form. Once applicants have purchased a ticket to the event, they can enter to go into the lottery for that event. The lottery will be open until 1 week before the event.

Who is eligible to apply?

In order to be eligible for the lottery, you must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Have a valid Australian National Disabilities Parking Scheme parking pass or the older Queensland Blue Disability Permit

  • Provide your seating details as displayed on your ticket

  • The Passholder must be travelling in the vehicle

When will you hear if you have been successful?

Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will receive an email notifying them whether they have received one of the limited PWD parking spaces for the event. The email will be sent the week before that event.

How many PWD spaces are available?

As the Stadium is a public transport venue, we have a limited amount of spaces. The number of these spaces vary depending on the type of event and also type and size of vehicles requiring a space.

Why has this changed?

To ensure everyone a fair chance of receiving a park and to help streamline the process for everyone.
What if you can’t use the online form?

To ensure fair access for all, those who are unable to use the online form should ask a friend or family member to complete it on their behalf.

If this is not an option, applicants can email us at pwd@suncorpstadium.com.au or by using the contact details on our Contact Us page here.

Can you enter on behalf of a company?

The form is for individuals only. If you are booking on behalf of a company, please contact us at pwd@suncorpstadium.com.au
