Frequently Asked Questions

Tour Schedule
Suncorp Stadium tours run Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM, depending on the stadium's event schedule. Tours are unavailable on weekends or event days. Please provide at least two weeks’ notice to secure your preferred date.

 

Duration and Arrival
Tours last 1.5 to 2 hours. Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their designated time and meet their guide at the Wally Lewis Statue near the Caxton Street end of the stadium.

 

Dress Code and Accessibility
Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended. The tour is accessible for guests with mobility limitations. Wheelchairs can be requested at no extra cost, and the route includes stairs, escalators, and elevators. When completing your booking form let us know if you have any accessibility requirements.

 

Tour Highlights
Guests will explore the Dressing Rooms, Sidelines, Members' Areas, Media Rooms, Coaches' Box, and learn about the stadium's history. Photography is welcome throughout the tour.

 

Pricing
Tour costs are based on group size:

  • 1-10 people: $150
  • 11-15 people: $175
  • 16-20 people: $200
  • 21-25 people: $250
  • 26-50 people: $500
  • 51-75 people: $750
  • Groups larger than 75: Contact for a quote.

 

Please Note: Carers and supervising staff are typically free of charge. 

 

Booking and Payment
To book, complete the online form, and the Tours Coordinator will contact you to confirm details and arrange payment. All tour must be paid prior to the day otherwise they will not go ahead.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policies

Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days in advance; no refund within 7 days or for no-shows.

Rescheduling: Requests 72+ hours prior can be accommodated if available; within 72 hours may incur a fee.

Please Note: In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel, we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible/offer a full refund.
