Frequently Asked Questions
Tours are offered Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM, depending on Suncorp Stadium's event schedule and blackout periods. To accommodate your preferred date, we kindly ask for at least two weeks' notice after receiving your inquiry. Please note that tours are unavailable on event days or weekends.
The tour is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long.
Please arrive at the designated time.
Please meet your tour guide by the Wally Lewis Statue, located at the Caxton Street end of the stadium.
We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as the tour involves a lot of walking around the venue.
The Suncorp Stadium Tour experience is designed to be accessible for all guests. Please be aware that the tour route may involve stairs, escalators, and elevators. Guests with mobility limitations who do not have their own wheelchair can request one for the tour at no additional cost, however please make us aware when booking your tour. If you need any other kind of assistance, kindly inform the tour staff upon check-in.
All tours of Suncorp Stadium are privately organised. There will be no other groups involved in your experience.
The tour will provide an exclusive look at the stadium’s Dressing Rooms, Sidelines, Members' Areas, Media Rooms, Coaches' Box, and a comprehensive exploration of the stadium's rich history.
Participants are welcome to take photos whilst on their tour. Also, please feel free to ask your tour guide for help if you would like a group photo!

Once your tour is confirmed, our Tours Coordinator will reach out to you regarding payment details. Please note: Tours smaller than 10 people will be invoiced prior to the tour, however tours of more than 10 people will be invoiced post tour.
Please notify our Tours Coordinator as soon as you become aware of any changes to your plans. For groups of 10 or fewer, payment is required in the days leading up to your tour. Please note that last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the payment.
