General Questions
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside Suncorp Stadium. Offenders will be evicted immediately without warning. Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke. This includes e-cigarettes. Please ensure you keep your event ticket to be scanned upon exit and re-entry to the venue.
Yes, Suncorp Stadium has water refill stations available for patrons.
Suncorp Stadium is a cashless venue, meaning it does not support cash transactions. Patrons are encouraged to use cards for all payments.
Yes, Suncorp Stadium provides First Aid services. There are designated First Aid stations located within the venue to assist patrons with medical needs. The locations of these stations can be found on our Suncorp Stadium map.
Event Day Related
You can view your gate entry location on your event ticket. It is recommended to download your ticket before arriving and have the barcode ready for scanning at the gate. Check out the Suncorp Stadium map to find your gate location.
Suncorp Stadium is an outdoor, open-air facility. An event may be delayed if adverse weather is experienced, however, this decision is determined in collaboration with the club or event promoter. Patrons should follow any current weather warnings and check Suncorp Stadium’s Social Media platforms for updated details. Patrons should also prepare for wet weather by bringing jackets or ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted to be used inside the venue as they block the view of other patrons.
The content on the Big Screen is run by the Hirers of the venue. Please contact the Brisbane Broncos, the NRL, the Brisbane Roar or the Queensland Reds with your request.
Road closures will be in place around Suncorp Stadium before, during and after major events. Please follow directions given by Queensland Police, traffic controllers and traffic signs during these times. For more information, please visit the Brisbane City Council website or our Transport Management page.
While there is no specific dress code for most events, patrons are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and event type. Offensive clothing is not permitted. Certain areas, such as corporate boxes, have specific dress requirements which will be sent to ticket holders.
Suncorp Stadium is a public transport destination. There are no public car parks available on event days and fifteen minute parking limits apply across the Lang Park Traffic Area (1.5 kms around the Venue) on event days. On-the-spot fines will be issued to offending motorists. For more information about parking restrictions around Suncorp Stadium, please contact the Brisbane City Council.
Your event ticket includes free public transport to and from Suncorp Stadium on all regular Queensland Rail train services and Transport for Brisbane bus services.

For most concert events free public transport begins from 12 midday.
Coach operators must apply for a parking permit as there is limited capacity in designated on-street parking zones for coaches. Please click the below button to apply for your coach parking permit.
Permitted Items
Soft eskies are permitted so long as they fit under your seat and are within the permitted bag size limits (smaller than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm). Hard eskies are not permitted into Suncorp Stadium.
Bags are permitted inside Suncorp Stadium provided they are smaller than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm and are able to fit under the person’s seat.
Patrons may be subject to wanding and bag checks prior to entering the venue. Please refer to our Conditions of Entry for a full list of permitted and prohibited items.
Patrons are not permitted to bring food or beverage products from commercial outlets into the venue.
Homemade food in a container (other than glass) is permitted. Water in a bottle with an unbroken factory seal (up to 1.25L) and tea and coffee in a thermos are permitted. Other liquids are not permitted. Otherwise, patrons can bring in empty water bottles which can be filled with water at the designated water stations in the venue.
Patrons in corporate areas are not permitted to bring in any food or beverages. Patrons will be asked to discard prior to entry.
It is a condition of the liquor licence that alcohol cannot be brought into the venue.

Patrons are not permitted to bring in commercial cameras, video recorders, audio recorders, digital equipment, tripods and monopods.
Unless expressly authorised by the content owner (for example, the hirer), patrons are not permitted to transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise publish, disseminate or reproduce any recordings (including photographic, video or sound recordings) of the event they are attending. The content owner reserves the right to confiscate or erase prohibited recording or images.
Patrons are not permitted to take photographs or videos of other patrons where they are identifiable without their express consent.
Umbrellas are permitted but cannot be raised inside the venue as they block the view of other patrons. We recommend that you bring a jacket or poncho if rain is forecast.

Depending on the item, Prohibited items will be confiscated or you will be denied entry. It is best to check the list of prohibited items beforehand.
