When using a Companion Card with Ticketek, here's how it works:
- Booking Accessible Tickets: If you hold a Companion Card and need to book tickets through Ticketek, you can usually do so by selecting accessible seating options or contacting Ticketek directly. Accessible tickets can be booked online via Ticketek's website or by calling their customer service.
- Free Companion Ticket: With your Companion Card, you are entitled to a free ticket for your companion when you purchase a ticket for yourself. This means you only need to pay for one ticket while your companion's ticket is provided at no extra cost.
- How to Use the Card:
- Online: When booking tickets online, you may need to specify that you have a Companion Card and select the accessible seating option. Ensure that you check the option for a companion ticket during the booking process.
- By Phone: If you prefer to book by phone, you should inform Ticketek’s customer service that you have a Companion Card. They will assist you in booking both your ticket and the companion ticket.
- Verification: When attending the event, you may need to present your Companion Card at the venue along with your tickets to verify eligibility.
- Contact Ticketek: For specific events or detailed assistance, you can contact Ticketek’s customer service or their accessibility line. They can provide guidance on booking with a Companion Card and ensure your needs are accommodated.
Always check the latest information on Ticketek’s website or contact their support to confirm the current process and availability for Companion Card holders.

Public Transport
Transport for Brisbane (TfB) bus fleet is 100% wheelchair accessible and free with your event ticket.
Patrons can catch regular timetabled bus services.
In addition to regular bus services, special event shuttle bus services from the City, Carindale, Eight Mile Plains/Mt Gravatt (Garden City), Chermside and The Gap run direct to the Stadium.
- To the Stadium: Special event shuttle services will run at regular intervals for 2 hours before the event start time/kick off.

Drop Off & Pick Up
Suncorp Stadium offers two accessible drop-off points for maxi-taxis and cars carrying people with a disability. These are located at the northern end of the venue on Caxton Street, next to the LED sign, and on Castlemaine Street near Chippendall Street.
To view these locations, please refer to our Suncorp Stadium Map.
Suncorp Stadium's two set-down and pick-up zones are suitable for maxi-taxis and cars carrying people with a disability.
Maxi-taxis can also use the taxi rank in Castlemaine Street near Caxton Street.
After events, up to 10 vehicles, including maxi-taxis, are able to wait in these zones for people with disabilities exiting the Stadium.
Accessibility Parking
On event days, a limited amount of parking is available on Castlemaine and Cordova Streets for holders of Queensland and Australian Disability Parking Permits.
Please note that having an accessibility ticket does not guarantee a parking space at the Stadium. Due to the high demand and limited availability, parking spaces are allocated through a lottery system to give everyone a fair chance.
Queensland and Australian Disability Parking Permit holders can enter the lottery, and those selected will be notified the week prior to the event.
On the day, staff will be stationed on Castlemaine, Cordova, and Chippendall Streets to assist patrons with disabilities in accessing the Stadium.
Visual Story
