A Letter to the Dolphins

To The Dolphins,

It's an honour to welcome you to Suncorp Stadium for your historic, inaugural NRL game.

You join a group of elite clubs who also call Suncorp Stadium home, all who have histories at this place that are littered with success.

From our oldest tenants the Brisbane Broncos, to the Queensland Reds and Brisbane Roar, we have shared in the ecstasy of premiership highs on this ground.

Our mighty Queensland Maroons have their spiritual roots in this place and our National teams have also tasted success on this turf.

The fans who cheer for our teams are among the most passionate and loyal supporters in their respective competitions.

While you are new to the NRL, we know The Dolphins have a long and proud tradition and we are beyond excited to see how this history will grow and include your new home here at Suncorp Stadium.

We wish you and all of our home teams all the best for the year ahead and can’t wait for that first whistle.
