Brisbane Roar Season Guide

Game Day Checklist:

• Check the event times and arrive at the Stadium early!
• Add your digital ticket to your mobile wallet using the Ticketek Australia app.
• Plan your transport to and from the Stadium on the Translink website.
• Pack light as bags must be A3 size or smaller.
• Bring your card for payments as the Stadium is a cashless venue.
• Prepare for the weather conditions and bring a poncho or raincoat in case of rain, and sun protection for afternoon games.
• Visit with respect for all fellow patrons, staff, players and officials.

Public transport is the best way to get to and from Suncorp Stadium and is included FREE* with your ticket on all Queensland Rail City Network (excluding Airtrain) and all Transport for Brisbane bus services. Simply present your game day ticket to rail and bus staff as you board their services.

*This free travel offer applies from 4 hours prior to kick-off and 4 hours after game ends.

Special Event Shuttles will operate from Brisbane City ONLY, commencing two (2) hours prior to the event Kick Off time:

• Ann Street Stop 7 (ANZAC Square) to Suncorp Stadium 
• Ann Street Stop 10 (King George Square) to Suncorp Stadium

Coming from the Suburbs? Patrons can utilise the free regular scheduled services and transfer onto City Shuttles running to the Stadium.

• Chermside Patrons: Catch the 333 Service (running every 15 minutes) to King George Square and transfer to the City Shuttle on Ann Street. Patrons can also catch this service to Roma Street Bus Station and walk to the Stadium from there.
• Carindale Patrons: Catch the 222 Service (running every 15 minutes) to King George Square and transfer to the City Shuttle on Ann Street. Patrons can also catch this service to Roma Street Bus Station and walk to the Stadium from there.
• Eight Mile Plains/Garden City Patrons: Catch the M1 Service (running every 5-15 minutes) to King George Square and transfer to the City Shuttle on Ann Street. Patrons can also catch this service to Roma Street Bus Station and walk to the Stadium from there.
• The Gap Patrons: Catch the 385 Service (running every 15 minutes) to Stop 5 at Given Terrace.

Special Event Shuttles will operate from the Stadium to Brisbane City only for approximately one (1) hour from the conclusion of the event. Patrons leaving the event can catch the City Shuttles to Ann Street (Stops 7 and 12) to transfer onto to free regular scheduled services to the Suburbs.

• 222 Service to Carindale
• 333 Service to Chermside; and
• M1 Service to Eight Mile Plains

Patrons for The Gap can catch the 385 Service from Given Terrace.

Before you arrive at Suncorp Stadium on Game Day, please make sure to add your digital ticket to your mobile wallet using the Ticketek app and share tickets if you're coming in a group.

On arrival, please have your digital ticket open and ready to scan on your device with the brigthness turned up. Please note, no screenshots of tickets as they will not scan at the gates.

Important to note:

• The Stadium is a cashless venue so please bring your use cards for all payments​.
• Not all Food and Beverage outlets may be open for Brisbane Roar events - depending on the expected crowd size.
• During the event patrons can SMS Sunsecure on 0438 717 807 to report any anti-social behaviour.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Stadium - offenders will be evicted immediately without warning!
• Brisbane Roar events may contain flashing and strobing lights, smoke, pyrotechnics, and other special effects.
