- Plan ahead: Check the event timings and plan your trip on the free public transport to the Stadium so you arrive early and don't get caught in queues.
- Get your ticket ready: Make sure to add your ticket to your wallet before arriving, and have your barcode ready to scan for easy access at the gate.
- Know your Gate Entry: Please enter via the Gate listed on your ticket.
- Bag Restrictions: Only bags that are A3 size or smaller will be permitted inside the Stadium.
- Cashless Payments: Suncorp Stadium operates as a cashless venue, so please be prepared to pay by card only.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Stadium - offenders will be evicted immediately without warning!
- Lighting & Special Effects: This event may contain flashing and strobing lights, smoke, pyrotechnics, and other special effects.
- Respect our Neighbours: Please respect our neighbours as you leave the venue by keeping noise to a minimum and using the bathroom facilities before you leave.

- ALL patrons must have a valid ticket regardless of age. Suncorp Stadium is a licensed venue, children 12 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (16 years or older), and must remain with them at all times.
- GA Standing: General Admission Standing Areas are standing room only areas. Sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing and may not be suitable for children due to the nature of the area. Suncorp Stadium does not recommend standing tickets for patrons under the age of 15.
