Food allergies & intolerances

At Suncorp Stadium, in partnership with O'Brien Group Australia, we are committed to accommodating the dietary needs of our guests.

Our chefs have designed an extensive range of menu options across the venue. Whilst all care is taken when catering for special requirements, our products may contain or are produced in kitchens which may use the allergens of nuts, seafood, soy, dairy, egg, sesame, wheat (gluten) and preservatives.

While Gluten Free (GF) marked items may not contain ingredients with gluten present, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen or gluten free. The decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the diner.

Other Dietary information

All outlets have an allergen matrix available for customers. Please ask one of our friendly catering staff to access and review. 

Gluten Free

All outlets throughout the venue offer Gluten Free items.

Hot Chips across the venue are Gluten Free, with the exception of the Red Rooster Outlets, Stadium Members Restaurant & Stadium Members Retail outlet Aisle 523.

The Vegan Outlet located at Aisle 305 (more info below) is also Gluten Free except for one salad – each item will be identified on the presentation labels.

There is also a dedicated Gluten Free Kitchen/Outlet located at Aisle 327:

  • All items are cooked in individual fryers to decrease the chance of cross-contamination.
  • All items are cooked in Canola Oil.
  • Items available include GF Chicken, Nachos, Chips, Pies, Salads, Fruit Salads (depending on seasonal availability), and sweet treats.

Some Concession Stands also have other Gluten Free options, including Brat Haus who offer a 'naked' Bratwurst without the bun.

Vegan/Vegetarian

The venue has a dedicated Vegan Outlet located at Aisle 305 with an array of fresh options to choose from.

Various outlets throughout the venue offer Vegan options including the 'Garden Burger' and Vegan desserts.

Some Concessions also offer vegan options, including Brat Haus who offer a Vegan Bratwurst made with a wheat and soy-based sausage.

Pescatarian

The Stadium has several Fish & Chippery Outlets around the venue. These outlets use three different types of fish which alternate between Gourmet fish and Traditional fish with Whiting also used in some of these outlets. You can ask the staff for more information.

Further to the Restaurant menu, the  Hola Miembros Mexican Food Cart on Level 5 in the Emerald Lounge also offers Gluten Free options from time to time. 

Homemade Options

Patrons are permitted to bring in homemade food as long as it is not commercially packaged or in glass or metal containers.
