Both Renewing and New Members have access to a Membership Fee Payment Plan option for 2026. The information below outlines the Membership Fee instalments and scenarios.
Renewal Payment Plans (Auto Renew or Manual) and New Member Payment Plans are only available to Members who have a stored credit card (Stored CC) securely saved in the Members Portal.
New Member Payment Plan
New Members will have the option to take up a payment plan. Instalment dates for payments are below:
- Instalment – 15 November 2025
- Instalment – 15 December 2025
- Instalment – 15 January 2026
- Instalment – 15 February 2026
- Instalment – 15 March 2026
Should a New Member purchase after one of the above instalment dates, the total will be split over the remaining instalments. All Membership fees must be paid by Saturday 15 March 2026.
Email reminders will be sent prior to the Instalment dates above, we will also send an invoice for each instalment.
Auto Renew Payment Plan
For current Members with Auto Renew set ON who paid by Payment Plan in 2025, this will be the default option initiated by our Membership system for renewal. The key dates are below:
- Auto Renew Processed – 11 September 2025
- Instalment – 15 September 2025
- Instalment – 15 October 2025
- Instalment – 15 November 2025
- Instalment – 15 December 2025
- Instalment – 15 January 2026
- Instalment – 15 February 2026
- Instalment – 15 March 2026
Email reminders will be sent prior to the Renewal Invoice dates above, we will also send payment reminders and an invoice for each instalment.
Members who have Auto Renew set to ON can opt out at any time prior to 10 September 2025 by following any of the below steps:
- Log in to the Members Portal, click the Membership tab and toggle Auto Renew OFF. Opting out of Auto Renew this way does not cancel your renewal opportunity; you still have the ability to renew manually during the Renewal Process.
- Log in to the Members Portal, select the Memberships tab and click the Forgo Renewal button. This will also opt you out of all 2026 Renewal Reminder communications.

Manual Renewal Payment Plan
Should you choose to renew manually before the Renewal Deadline on Wednesday 1 October 2025 but after 10 September 2025, please note that only 6 split instalment payments will be available as Instalment 1 was missed.
Please note that the ‘Upfront Payment Discount’ pricing is not offered to Platinum & Gold Members renewing on an Auto Renew or Manual Payment Plan.
By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the 2026 Stadium Membership Terms & Conditions (specific information about Membership Financial Commitments are outlined in Section 2).
