Concert Pre-Sales

When Suncorp Stadium announces upcoming concerts, the venue uses best endeavours to provide Stadium Members with an exclusive priority purchase period to purchase seats.

Stadium Members will be contacted via email with information about how they can purchase tickets via a pre-sale opportunity. We ask that Stadium Members make sure their primary email is an account that is monitored at all times, so opportunities are not missed.

Due to the demand of such events and the sell out nature, the pre-sale windows are extremely strict. While you may see other pre-sales occur prior to the Stadium Members window (like artist fan clubs, promoter, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Telstra etc) please note that those patrons are unable to access the specially reserved seating that is held for Stadium Members access.

Please note that pre-sales generally occur around the same time as an announcement, this may mean that an event may be announced and go on pre-sale one year, but actually be held in the following calendar year and therefore a different Membership year. This is an important call out, in that new Members may join the next calendar year, however they will have no access to ticketing via a pre-sale due to this having already occurred the previous year.
