Member Accessible Event
The Queensland Government has announced that Suncorp Stadium will host the Socceroos when they take on Brazil on Tuesday 29 September 2026.
While this is not a Stadium Member Included event, Members will receive complimentary access to attend in their existing seats via an online redemption process through Ticketek. To secure your seats, Members must complete the Ticket Access Redemption process before 1pm Thursday 2 July 2026.
Redemption Information
1. Find your Member Number
this is located on Event Access Email or on your Member Lanyards Cards.
2. Make sure your Ticketek account details are handy
Please note this is unrelated to your Stadium Member account. You must have a valid Ticketek account to process this redemption.
3. Access the Ticketek Redemption Website
Click the Redemption Link found within the Event Access Email
4. Enter your unique password for each seat
Each of your reserved Membership seats have been assigned a unique password based on your Member Number. Please see the below example:
Your Member Number is SUN3111000 and you hold 4 Stadium Member seats.
To redeem all 4 seats, you will need to add a progressive letter to the end of your Member Number – this would look as follows:
Seat 1 - SUN3111000A
Seat 2 - SUN3111000B
Seat 3 - SUN3111000C
Seat 4 - SUN3111000D
You would then enter the following into the PASSWORD section of the Ticketek Redemption website:
SUN3111000A
SUN3111000B
SUN3111000C
SUN3111000D
The above example can be used for the total amount of seats you hold in 2026. You can select to only redeem some of your seats; however you will not be able to access additional seating above your total seats held – guest passes are also not available.
5. Proceed through and complete the checkout process
After completing the Password process above, the Ticketek system will confirm the total amount of seats, continue through the final purchasing process noting there will be no charge $0 for this transaction.
In the coming weeks, further correspondence will be sent from Ticketek with regards to ticketing access and confirmation.
Member Facilities
Emerald Lounge and The Greenhouse will be operational, however not exclusive to Stadium Members and open to the public. Members who redeem may still choose to book in to the Members Restaurant which will be in operation on the night.
Attendance and Ticket Usage
There are many stakeholders involved in bringing this kind of special event to Brisbane. Delivering maximum attendance and minimising unused seats is a key to success and driving future content like this to the venue.
Through commercial negotiations, the venue was able to organise complimentary access for Stadium Members in their same Reserved Seating. We ask however they you only redeem this entitlement should you be attending or are sharing with someone who will attend.
Please note as per the Membership Terms & Conditions as well as the event owners’ terms, tickets cannot be re-sold.
