Terms & Conditions
- Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Condtions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is Suncorp Stadium, 40 Castlemaine Street, Milton QLD, 4064. (ABN 31 133 828 547)
- Entry is open to any Member who enters during the promotional period. All prizes can only be redeemed by a person 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of the promoter (casual and fulltime) and their immediate families, the agencies / partners associated with this promotion along with Suncorp Stadium and O’Brien Group Australia - are ineligible to enter.
- The promotional period is from 12pm on Friday 15th May 2026 until 11pm, Sunday 17th May 2026.
- For avoidance of doubt, only Members of Suncorp Stadium are eligible to enter this competition. While Members guests may utilise tickets for events during the promotional period, the Member who holds the ownership of the Membership seats becomes the entrant.
- The competition mechanic will operate as follows:
a) an entry is placed into the competition when, for the first time each day, a Stadium Members seat barcode is scanned at the turnstiles for entry to the venue at NRL Magic Round during the promotion period – this includes Stadium Member Cards and digital ticket barcodes.
b) subsequent barcode scans on the same event day at NRL Magic Round during the promotion period will not count as further entries to the competition – for example this may occur after a barcode is scanned at the turnstile for a pass-out exit and re-scanned for re-entry to the venue, only one entry, per seat per day, will be valid for the competition.
c) Stadium Members who hold multiple seats can be entered into the competition more than once each day of NRL Magic Round during the promotion period via the mechanic set out in part a) of this section, however part b) must also prevail.
- At 12:00pm on Wednesday 27th May 2026, the prize draw for all prizes listed in Section 9 will take place at the Suncorp Stadium office. Ten (10) winners will be drawn and contacted in sequential order.
The first drawn winner (“Winner 1”) will have the opportunity to select their preferred prize from those listed in Section 9. The second drawn winner (“Winner 2”) will then be contacted and may select from the remaining prizes, excluding the prize chosen by Winner 1. This process will continue sequentially for Winners 3 through 10, with each winner selecting from the remaining available prizes until all prizes have been allocated.
- The prizes are as follows:

- For prizes c) and d) in Section 9, vouchers and contact details for QPAC will be passed on to the Stadium Members to liaise on available show dates.
- For prizes f), g) and h) in Section 9, vouchers will be provided to the prize winner and are valid until the expiry date.
- For prizes I) and j) in Section 9, booking will be based on availability.
- It is the prize winner’s responsibility to liaise with the promoter in a timely manner once they are notified.
- The total prize pool is valued at $3,344. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with their redemption. No other costs will be borne by the promoter outside of the items described in section 9 of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This prize is not exchangeable and in the event that for any reason whatsoever, the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right substitute the prize (with reference to all relevant State and Territory Rules and Regulations) to other prizes of the same or equal value.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or conducting any activity which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter may in their absolute discretion require that the individual provide photographic identification or some other acceptable form of identification or proof of age before awarding the major prize.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
b) any prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
c) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry;
d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
e) participation in the promotion and/or;
f) redemption of the prize. This includes without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state/territory rules and regulations) to cancel, postpone or reschedule the promotion, if it deems in its complete discretion that the integrity and fairness of the promotion has been compromised in any manner whatsoever.
- The prize winners need to be available to the Promoter for promotional purposes, if required. If the major prize winners do not want their personal information used for this purpose, they should contact the Promoter. The name of the winner will be provided to Suncorp Stadium for fulfilment of prizes. Contact information will only be used for distribution of the prize.
- By entering the competition, you consent to the receipt of correspondence regarding the competition, and other correspondence which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services, and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
