2025 Membership Renewal

As this year’s calendar of major events continues, Suncorp Stadium is pleased to offer the renewal of your Stadium Membership for 2025.

We were ecstatic to unveil the newly renovated Emerald Lounge in 2024. This modern, exclusive space offers Members and their guests enhanced hospitality, faster service, and a wider variety of food and beverage options. Our main contractor on this project Buildcorp recently received a Master Builders Queensland Award for the renovation.

Following the success of this year’s Magic Round, the NRL has announced that Suncorp Stadium will continue to host the event for at least the next three years. This secures the valuable event for our Members into the future.

Your Membership will again entitle you to a broad range of benefits and privileges for what will be another exciting year of unforgettable events.

Despite the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rising by over 15% in Brisbane over the past three years, we have worked hard to ensure you continue to receive exceptional value. As a result, there will be only a minor increase in Membership pricing for 2025. Detailed information for each tier can be found below.

Platinum and Gold seating have remained sold out since 2023 with Silver seating availability also becoming exhausted quickly in 2024. To ensure you retain your seats, click on the relevant link below to renew.

Stadium Membership Terms & Conditions

Renewal Process

Existing Members have the first opportunity to renew their seats in accordance with the Membership Terms & Conditions. We also prioritise current Members’ Change Requests before going on sale to new Members. Because one of our Member benefits includes reserved seating, the renewal process can be complex for those wishing to a make change. Below is a breakdown of the timing for each stage of this process.

A Payment Plan option is again available in 2025 with the ability for Members to pay via instalments using a stored credit card (Stored CC). See the Members Handbook for details on instalment options.

The Auto Renew option for 2024 Members closed at 5:00pm on Thursday 12 September 2024. However, you can still turn on Auto Renew for your 2026 renewal. If you’ve stored a credit card securely in the Members Portal (under Stored CC) and activated Auto Renew (in the Membership tab), this will apply to future renewals, including 2026.

Renewal & Change Requests are now closed for 2025.

The official seating capacity of Suncorp Stadium is 52,500. In concert mode the venue can host up to 60,000 patrons. Our unique Members Concourse and Members’ reserved seats offer a strictly limited number of premium seats in our Silver, Gold and Platinum reserves. These seats are not available to the general public, with each Member securing their seat for the entire season.

As a Suncorp Stadium Member, you are provided with a unique pass and lanyard providing instant priority access to all included events, via our Members Only concierge entrance. We also offer electronic options to transfer your ticket to friends, colleagues and family, and priority access to purchase competitively-priced guest tickets.
