Changing Places

Suncorp Stadium is committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy their visit without limitations. Our two registered Changing Places facilities provide fully accessible amenities for individuals with high care needs, allowing them to participate in events and activities comfortably. 

Features

Suncorp Stadium is equipped with two registered Changing Places facilities, designed to support individuals with high care needs. These facilities allow people to fully participate in community activities without worrying about finding a suitable toilet, ensuring they can enjoy their time out without limitations.

Each Changing Places facility is equipped with:

  • A powered height-adjustable adult-sized change table.
  • A constant-charging ceiling track hoist system.
  • A centrally located, peninsula-style accessible toilet.
  • Circulation spaces compliant with the Changing Places Design Specification 2020.
  • Internal and external automatic doors with clear openings, operated via an MLAK key.
  • A privacy screen.
  • An accessible shower.

Access Information

Event Days: Internal access is available for patrons during events via an MLAK key. This can either be obtained by speaking to a Suncorp Stadium staff member or by requesting one prior to the event through the Changing Places website. External access is closed from 00:00 to 23:59.

Non-Event Days: External access to the public is available, 24-hours a day, via the Northern/Caxton Street end of the stadium. Access is only available to those who hold an MLAK key. MLAK keys are only available on request via the Changing Places website. No internal access is available.

Facility Locations 

Northern End: Located on the Level 3 concourse, next to the Parent’s Room and Gate E.

Southern End: Located on Level 5, opposite the Milton room.
