Preparing for the Concert

  • Check the event timings and plan to arrive early to avoid queues!
  • Get your digital ticket ready using the AXS App. To access your ticket:
    • Download the latest version of the AXS App 
    • Log in with the email address used to purchase your tickets
    • Enable Face ID for a faster, secure login
    • Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of your screen to view your ticket(s)
    • Set phone's screen to maximum brightness before scanning
    • If you've downloaded your ticket to your wallet, NFC is enabled so you can just tap and go
    • If you purchased multiple tickets, you'll receive one QR code for scanning if you are all arriving together
    • If you are arriving separately, make sure you share tickets ahead of time with your group

  • Pack light:
    • Card payments only as we are a cashless Stadium.
    • Bags larger than A3 size are not permitted inside the Stadium. Please leave your bags at home, or if necessary, cloak them externally on the plazas before entry.
    • As umbrellas are not permitted to be used in the venue, in case of wet weather, patrons are encouraged to bring a poncho or raincoat. Umbrellas are strictly prohibited in the GA section.

  • AXS is the unique authorised ticketing agent for this event. All ticketing will be through AXS.com/au. Suncorp Stadium has no obligation to honour tickets purchased from unauthorised re-sellers. Learn more here.
  • ALL patrons must have a valid ticket regardless of age. Suncorp Stadium is a licensed venue, children 14 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (18 years or older) and must remain with them at all times.
  • General Admission (GA) Standing Areas are standing room only areas. Sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing and may not be suitable for children due to the nature of the area. Suncorp Stadium does not recommend standing tickets for patrons under the age of 15.
  • Floor Reserved Seating applies for Show 3 Only (Sunday 22 February) and patrons must be ticketed to this area - this is seperare from General Admission (GA) Standing Areas. Read more below.

  • Free* Public Transport is the best way to get to Suncorp Stadium. Your concert ticket provides free transport from *12pm on all Brisbane buses and Queensland Rail City Network trains (excluding Airtrain). 
  • The Stadium is a short walk from Milton and Roma Street Stations, check out the Getting Here videos below from the Stations.
  • Special Event Shuttles will operate, running to Suncorp Stadium from:
    • Brisbane City (Ann Street Stop 7 and Stop 12) commencing at 3.30pm, and; 
    • Suburban Hubs (Carindale, Chermside, Eight Mile Plains, and The Gap) commencing at 4:30pm.
  • Ditch the car! Parking restrictions will apply in the local Lang Park Traffic Area surrounding the Stadium and on-the-spot fines will be issued to offending motorists.

  • No ride-share (Uber, Didi) drop-offs or pick-ups permitted near the venue – we recommend using public transport.

  • Venue-approved PWD Parking will open at 4.00pm.

  • Gates open at 4.00pm AEST (Local Brisbane Time). Arrive as early as possible so you don’t get caught in queues!

  • Enter via the Gate listed on your ticket with your ticket open on your device with the brightness turned up for easy scanning. 
  • Cloaking facilities will be available from 1:30pm on the external North and South Plazas for patrons to cloak their belongings. Please note: there is often wait times to drop-off items prior to the show and collect cloaked items at the end of the show, so we recommend to only cloak items if absolutely necessary.

  • Expect 100% security bags checks and wanding at the gate. For more information on what you can and can't bring inside, refer to the Stadium Conditions of Entry and FAQs in addition to the Prohibited Items listed below.

  • Non-professional photo camera’s (without zoom, selfie sticks, stands or detachable lens)
  • Homemade food
  • Special dietary needs
  • Eskies under A4 size (under seat only)
  • Closed umbrellas
  • Signs, banners and flags under A3 size are permitted (provided they don't display any political, religious or offensive content and aren’t on a flagpole). 
Please Note: Any other item deemed by Event staff (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive may not be permitted.
 
Drink Bottles and Containers:
  • Hard plastic, metal or glass personal drink containers are not permitted in the Front or Rear Standing sections on the field. Plastic bottles will be allowed on the field with the caps off. 
  • Personal drink containers will be permitted in the reserved seating areas provided they are not made of glass and enter empty of liquid.

Artist Gifts: 

  • It is encouraged not bring gifts for the Artist as they will not be permitted into the venue. 

Cloaking facilities will be available from 1:30pm on the external North and South Plazas for patrons to cloak their belongings or prohibited items.

  • External Marquees Outside the Stadium:
    • North Plaza: 12pm - 11:30pm (or until sold out).
    • South Plaza: 2pm - 11:30pm (or until sold out).
  • Outlets Inside the Stadium on all levels from Gates Open at 4pm.

  • General Admission (GA) Standing patrons must enter via the Gate listed on their ticket.
    • Front General Admission 1 (FRONT GA): Gate D
    • Rear General Admission 2 (REAR GA): Gate B (Gate B2 for show 3 only)
  • GA Standing Patrons are not encouraged to begin queuing prior to 9am on show day. A queuing system will be set up on the external Plaza opposite the Gates for GA Standing patrons who arrive early. Toilet facilities and food and beverage facilities will be available.
  • Patrons will receive a wristband on entry to access the General Admission Standing Areas on the field.
  • Once inside, please head straight to the field. Enter via the aisle number listed on your ticket. If you have difficulties walking or problems with stairs, staff will assist and direct you to the nearest lifts.
  • There will be plenty of bars, food, toilets, and merch available for field patrons located through the tunnels at the rear of the floor.
  • Water will be available for patrons at stations located around the perimeter of the field, at the barriers and roving Red Frogs.
  • Hard, metal or glass personal drink containers are not permitted in any Standing sections on the field. Plastic bottles will be allowed on the field with the caps off. 
  • Umbrellas will not be permitted in GA Standing Areas. 

  • Grandstand Reserved Seating patrons should enter via the Gate listed on their ticket.
  • Once inside, please head straight to your ticketed seat via the aisle number listed on your ticket. If you have difficulties walking or problems with stairs, staff will assist and direct you to the nearest lifts.
  • Patrons are not permitted to enter the Field at any stage.

  • Patrons ticketed to the Floor Reserved Seating on Sunday 22 February (Show 3 only) should enter via the Gate listed on their ticket and will be provided with a wristband upon entering the gate.
  • Once inside, please head straight to your ticketed seat via the aisle number listed on your ticket. If you have difficulties walking or problems with stairs, staff will assist and direct you to the nearest lifts.
  • There will be plenty of bars, food, toilets, and merch available for field patrons located through the tunnels at the rear of the floor.

  • First Aid will be available on the field and around the Stadium concourse, please speak to staff if you require assistance.
  • Parents Room is available on the Northern End of the Stadium, near Gate E.
  • Quiet Room and Multi-faith Room is available on the Southern End of Level 3 Concourse, near Gate A.
  • Changing Places bathroom facilities are located on the Northern end of the Stadium next to the Parents Room, internal to gate E on the level 3 concourse and Southern Level 5 Concourse opposite the Milton Room (both only accessible to guests who hold a MLAK key).
  • Auslan Stage Left Interpreters will be in the front of Section 302 for the Friday night show only.
  • Field level patrons with wheelchairs, walkers, walking sticks can access the PWD platform located in the GA Standing section on the field.
  • GA Field patrons with mobility challenges will be assisted and guided to use the nearest lifts to access the Field.

Stay hydrated during the event with water available at drinking fountains and refill stations throughout Suncorp Stadium.

  • Water stations located outside on both the North and South Plaza for all patrons.
  • Water stations located in the field tunnels, player tunnels and field barriers for standing patrons.
  • Drinking fountains located on the Level 3 concourse for all seated patrons.
  • The Red Frogs team will be roaming inside the Stadium on the field level, offering water to all patrons.

  • Bars and food will be available throughout the Stadium, including on the Field level via the tunnels at the rear of the floor. To ease congestion, please head straight to your allocated area and get your food and drinks there.
  • Payment for food and beverage is by card only!
  • Gluten Free options are available at outlets, and a dedicated Gluten Free outlet is available adjacent to Aisle 327.
  • Vegan options located at the stand near aisle 304.
  • Water will be available for all patrons.

  • Please show respect to staff and other patrons.
  • During the Artist's performance, all members of the audience will be permitted to stand in front of their seats. However, no standing on seats or in the aisles will be permitted.
  • Please be aware the show may contain flashing and strobing lights, smoke, pyrotechnics, and other special effects. Additionally, there will be loud and intense noise effects. If you have any concerns or experience any discomfort, please inform a staff member.

  • If you need assistance or experience anti-social behaviour while attending the event, please alert your nearest staff member or SMS us on 0438 717 807.

  • At the end of the concert, please be patient and follow staff directions for a smooth exit. Public transport will be available for everyone so there is no need to rush.

  • Toilet facilities will be available outside on the North and South plazas for patrons to utilise.

  • Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

  • Patrons are recommended to utilise the free public transport services when leaving the Stadium. Special shuttle bus and train services will run for 1-hour post-concert finish time.

  • The Bump in period will cross over with the bump-out period for the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo shows
  • There will be no major truck movements in Chippendall Street on Show Days 1 & 2 – this will occur for bump out on Show Day 3
  • We kindly ask all our local neighbours and businesses to please follow the signage and directions around the Stadium during the bump in and bump out periods, particularly on Castlemaine and Chippendall Streets.
Traffic Management Plan (TMP) 

The Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and road closures commence at 3.45pm and conclude at approx. 11.30pm (1 hour post show) on show days (Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 Feb).

Local resident and business access, coaches, emergency & authorised vehicles excepted.

Milton Road ClosuresIn place from approximately 20 minutes before the end of the concert for up to an hour after depending on crowd safety and traffic conditions. 
Sound ChecksClosed sound checks are scheduled to occur on show day’s – timings TBC and subject to changes by the Tour. Sound engineers will be on site both concert days to ensure noise remains in the required levels.
