- Card payments only as we are a cashless Stadium.
- Bags larger than A3 size are not permitted inside the Stadium. Please leave your bags at home, or if necessary, cloak them externally on the plazas before entry.
- As umbrellas are not permitted to be used in the venue, in case of wet weather, patrons are encouraged to bring a poncho or raincoat.

Tickets for this event have been offered as either Digital Tickets or Print at Home (PDF) tickets.
If you selected Print at Home Tickets at the time of purchase, you can either print your PDF tickets or present the barcode on your mobile device at the venue. Access to your PDF tickets is only available via your email confirmation or your My Ticketek Account if you selected this ticket delivery option.
If you selected Digital Tickets as your ticket delivery:
- LAUNCH the Ticketek App and sign into the account used to purchase your tickets.
- SHARE any additional tickets to the other members of your group prior to arriving at the Venue, so they can download and access ahead of time on their mobile phones.
- Tap on 'Tickets' in the Ticketek App.
- Find the event and tap ‘share’ to securely share tickets via mobile number or email. Repeat for each ticket.
- ADD your ticket/s to your Apple or Google wallet. This will be the only way to guarantee you can access your tickets even if there is network congestion on the day. Remind your group to do the same!
- Tap on 'Tickets' in the Ticketek App.
- Find the event and tap ‘Add to Wallet’ to open your ticket/s & add to wallet.
- AT THE VENUE turn your phone brightness up and have your ticket/s displayed on your phone and ready to scan at the entry.

Babes In Arms Policy for the Royal Military Edinburgh Tattoo shows: Infants under the age of two are permitted free of charge provided they do not access a seat.
- Free* Public Transport is the best way to get to Suncorp Stadium. Your event ticket provides free transport from *12pm on all Brisbane buses and Queensland Rail City Network trains (excluding Airtrain).
- The Stadium is a short walk from Milton and Roma Street Stations, check out the Getting Here videos below from the Stations.
- Special Event Shuttles will commence at 4.30pm, running to Suncorp Stadium from Brisbane City (Ann Street Stop 7 and Stop 12) and Suburban Hubs (Carindale, Chermside, Eight Mile Plains, and The Gap).
Major Weekend Track Closure - Beenleigh and Gold Coast lines.
Start: 11pm Friday 13 February
End: Last service Sunday 15 February
During the closure, timetabled railbuses will replace trains to help you get where you need to be. Railbuses will run between Boggo Road and Varsity Lakes stations.
- Ditch the car! Parking restrictions will apply in the local Lang Park Traffic Area surrounding the Stadium and on-the-spot fines will be issued to offending motorists.
- No ride-share (Uber, Didi) drop-offs or pick-ups permitted near the venue – we recommend using public transport.
- Venue-approved PWD Parking will open at 4.30pm.
- Suncorp Stadium offers two accessible drop-off points for maxi-taxis and cars carrying people with a disability. These are located at the northern end of the venue on Caxton Street, next to the LED sign, and on Castlemaine Street near Chippendall Street.

- Gates open at 5.30pm AEST (Local Brisbane Time). Arrive as early as possible so you don’t get caught in queues!
- Enter via the Gate listed on your ticket with your ticket open on your device with the brightness turned up for easy scanning.

- External cloaking facilities will be available from 4.30pm on the external North and South Plazas for patrons to cloak their belongings and prohibited items.
- Cloaking facilities will operate for 30 minutes post-show before closing at approximately 11pm.
- Please note, there is often wait times to drop-off items prior to the show and collect cloaked items at the end of the show, so we recommend to only cloak items if absolutely necessary.
- Patrons will also be able to cloak and park mobility devices (such as wheelchairs and walkers) inside the stadium near their seating areas. Manned cloaking locations for mobility devices include:

Official merchandise will be available to purchase via card only on all four show days.
- External merchandise marquees outside the Stadium on the North (Caxton St) and South (Milton Rd) Plaza's will operate 4pm - 10pm.
- Internal merchandise outlets inside the Stadium around the concourse will operate from Gates Open 5.30pm - 9.30pm.
- If you have purchased a VIP package, the event promoter will be in contact with details regarding your experience.
- All patrons with VIP Packages should enter via the Gate listed on their ticket or as directed by the promoter.
- Patrons should enter via the Gate listed on their ticket.
- Once inside, please head straight to your ticketed seat via the aisle number listed on your ticket. If you have difficulties walking or problems with stairs, staff will assist and direct you to the nearest lifts.
- Friendly Stadium Staff will be available inside to assist patrons finding their ticketed seat, look out for the Green Shirt Suncorp Stadium Staff.
- Patrons are not permitted to enter the Field at any stage.
- Persons aged 14 years and under must be under the direct supervision of an adult (responsible person) 18 years of age over, at all times.

- Mobility Assistance Stations will be located at the northern gates behind Gate E and in the Level 3 South West lobby. Stadium Staff will be able to assist with moving patrons to their seats using our fleet of wheelchairs.
- Mobility Assistance will also be available outside on the North and South Plazas with roving staff to assist with moving patrons.
- Free Wi-Fi will be available for patrons to connect to the internet inside and outside the Stadium. Read more about connecting here.

- Parents Room is available on the Northern End of the Stadium, near Gate E.
- Quiet Room and Multi-faith Room is available on the Southern End of Level 3 Concourse, near Gate A.
- Changing Places bathroom facilities are located on the Northern end of the Stadium next to the Parents Room, internal to gate E on the level 3 concourse and Southern Level 5 Concourse opposite the Milton Room (both only accessible to guests who hold a MLAK key).

Stay hydrated during the event with water available at drinking fountains and refill stations throughout Suncorp Stadium.
- Water stations located outside on both the North and South Plaza for all patrons.
- Drinking fountains located on the Level 3 concourse for all patrons.

- Plenty of food and beverage will be available to purchase throughout the Stadium. To ease congestion, please head straight to your allocated area and get your food and drinks there.
- Payment for food and beverage is by card only!
- Gluten Free options are available at outlets. Please ask the staff for assistance on options available to purchase.
- Water will be available for all patrons.
- The show will commence at approximately 7.30pm and will contain a 20-minute intermission.
- Please show respect to staff and other patrons.
- Please be aware the show may contain flashing and strobing lights, smoke, pyrotechnics, and other special effects. Additionally, there will be loud noise effects. If you have any concerns or experience any discomfort, please inform a staff member.
- If you need assistance or experience anti-social behaviour while attending the event, please alert your nearest staff member or SMS us on 0438 717 807.
- At the end of the show, please be patient and follow staff directions for a smooth exit. Public transport will be available for everyone so there is no need to rush.
- Toilet facilities will be available outside on the North and South plazas for patrons to utilise.

- Patrons are recommended to utilise the free public transport services when leaving the Stadium. Special shuttle bus and train services will run for 1-hour post-concert finish time.

- There are site inspections and rehearsals planned for the cast from Monday 9th - Wednesday 11th February which may result in additional coach movements in the surrounding streets on these days.
- Bump Out dates will be shared with Bump In for the Ed Sheeran show commencing immediately after the Tattoo leaves.
- We kindly ask all our local neighbours and businesses to please follow the signage and directions around the Stadium during the bump in and bump out periods, particularly on Castlemaine and Chippendall Streets.

Yes, you are permitted to bring your wheelchair or walker, and both can be stored nearby your seating for your convenience.
There will be mobility device parking on all levels of the stadium, plus some signed unmanned areas - patrons are advised use at their own risk.

Suncorp Stadium offers an extremely limited amount of PWD parking for persons with disability to utilise. Due to the high demand and limited availability, parking spaces are allocated through our PWD lottery system to give everyone a fair chance.
Please note that having an accessibility ticket does not guarantee a parking space at the Stadium and we strongly recommend planning alternative options.
Suncorp Stadium is a public transport destination. On event days, parking restrictions will apply in the local area surrounding the Stadium. As public transport is an easy way to get to the venue and the cost is included in the ticket price, we encourage you to catch public transport to and from the event.
