In January 2026, the venue announced the major renovation and re-design of the Level 3 Stadium Members Bars following the successful upgrade and positive response to the launch of our Level 5 Emerald Lounge in 2024.
On Level 3, ‘The Greenhouse’ will deliver a fresh and elevated food and beverage experience exclusive to Stadium Members and their ticketed guests.
With an extended footprint, internal walkthrough between bars and a range of booths, lounges, dry bars and high stools allowing almost double the seating capacity as the previous bars - the space is designed to deliver a comfortable retreat from the concourse and grandstand.
Inspired by the surrounding Petrie Terrace neighbourhood, the new space will bring the outside in – an open, green, casual hospitality area with more space, larger beverage range and food cart options.
Some operational disruption will be experienced during construction, we appreciate your patience during this upgrade period to improve the area for your future enjoyment.
Following significant progress in February and March, we are pleased to confirm the project is on track for NRL Magic Round. We look forward to welcoming you into the new enhanced space for what promises to be a massive weekend of Rugby League.
To mark the official opening and in appreciation of your patience, we will be serving some complimentary tasting meals in The Greenhouse to kick start each day of NRL Magic Round. Details on available times and menu will be communicated closer to the date.
While our preference would have been to deliver this project outside of the football season, a combination of factors including the timing of capital approvals, procurement processes, builder and contractor availability and limited access between scheduled events has necessitated progressing works at the beginning of this year.
To accommodate and support Stadium Members during the construction period, the front section of the Garden Bar (located opposite Aisle 317) will remain exclusively available for Stadium Members at all Broncos, Reds and Dolphins matches.
Additional seating is also available in the Network Lounges on both the North and South ends of Emerald Lounge Level 5, accessible via Lifts 9 and 13. For Broncos matches, the North Network Lounge will also feature an additional bar, along with the bar located at Aisle 519.
