The Auto Renew function allows Members to setup their Stadium Membership for Automatic Renewal from 2026 to 2027.
Current Members have up until Tuesday 8 September 2026 to turn this feature on or off. After this date, while the Auto Renew toggle remains available in the system, switching this feature will not automatically renew your Membership, please do this manually via the Portal or contact our team for assistance.
The type of Auto Renew setup (upfront or payment plan) in our Membership system is based on how you paid your 2026 Membership fees. The Processing and Charge dates are outlines below, depending on your payment option.
Payment Plans
- Auto Renewal Deadline – Tuesday 8 September 2026
- Renewal Processed – Wednesday 9 September 2026
- Payment Plan First Instalment – Tuesday 15 September 2026

Upfront Payment

Opt Out
Members who have Auto Renew set ON can opt out of this process at any time prior to 5pm Tuesday 8 September 2026 by following any one of the below steps:
- Log in to the Members Portal, click the Membership tab and toggle Auto Renew OFF. Opting out of Auto Renew this way does not cancel your renewal opportunity; you still have the ability to renew manually during the Renewal Process.
- Log in to the Members Portal, select the Memberships tab and click the Forgo Renewal button. This will also opt you out of all 2027 Renewal Reminder communications.
- Contacting our team in writing via email – members@suncorpstadium.com.au
Opt In
- Log in to the Members Portal, click the Membership tab and toggle Auto Renew ON. Opting in to Auto Renew this way will renew your current seats without change using the same payment method you chose in 2026 (upfront or payment plan).
- This opt in must be completed by Tuesday 8 September 2026 to be valid for the 2027 renewal.

Please also be aware of the following important points:
- By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the 2027 Stadium Membership Terms & Conditions (specific information about Membership Financial Commitments are outlined in Section 2).
- The ‘Upfront Payment Discount’ pricing is not offered to Platinum & Gold Members renewing on a payment plan.
- Payment Plans can only be set up when a Member is paying via credit card. This credit card must be securely stored in the Members Portal under Stored CC.
