Please note current Members renewal closed on Wednesday 1 October 2025 with unrenewed seats released on Thursday 2 October 2025.
This page provides comprehensive detail and links to all relevant information you need to know about renewing your seat/s for the upcoming year.
Below is a step by step guide:
Step 1
Login to the Members Portal - a Login Walkthrough is available on our Members Handbook here if required.
Step 2
Once logged in, select the Membership tab

Step 3
You will then have the choice of three additional buttons within the Membership page.

RENEW MY MEMBERSHIPS allows you to process an immediate renewal of your current seat/s. This will give you the ability to choose Upfront via Credit Card or Invoice or a selecting Payment Plan – noting a Stored CC is required. Full Payment Plan information can be found by clicking here.
MAKE A CHANGE takes you to the Change Request application form. Complete this form to adjust your Membership seats or tier, this can include changing location, adding or dropping seats etc. Change Requests closed on Friday 12 September 2025 with no further applications being accepted.
FORGO RENEWAL releases your seats for 2026. No further correspondence will be sent by our team about renewal. IMPORTANT - this option is irreversible, so please consider prior to completing.
Auto Renewal
The Auto Renewal deadline of Wednesday 10 September 2025 has now passed. Changing the auto renew toggle displayed below after this date will not renew your Memberships, you must complete this process manually by clicking RENEW MY MEMBERSHIPS before Wednesday 1 October 2025.
