Jack Reardon
Jack Reardon began his football career in Queensland with the Northern Suburbs club in 1935 and went on to play for his State before being appointed vice-captain of the 1938 Kangaroo tour to England and France. At the end of his playing career in 1948, Reardon joined the Courier Mail and covered both Rugby League and cricket with distinction until his retirement in 1978 when he became an Australia and Queensland selector.
Inducted on July 27 2006 by the Hon. Tom Barton, Minister for Sport.
